I used this beautiful image called Amore from All Dressed Up. Such a beautiful art work she is.
For the challenge as always anything goes. I used Copic markers to color her and added some Wink of Stella clear glitter pen to the balloons as well as the hearts on her dress and her lips. I used some distress ink on the edges of my papers and finished the card off by adding some sequins and pearls. I would love to hear your thoughts about my card.
