I am here with my second make with FROSTED WINTER...OCTAVIA the latest Polkadoodles release.
Octavia has been one of the most popular releases ever. 

Frosted Winter is jam packed full of Octavia Winter goodies - this has a really ethereal and icy forest feel - so much more than Christmas!
