I am here with another project with FROSTED WINTER...OCTAVIA the latest Polkadoodles release. Octavia has been one of the most popular releases ever. Frosted Winter is jam packed full of Octavia Winter goodies - this has a really ethereal and icy forest feel - so much more than Christmas! You can use this for Winter cards, not just for Christmas so it's very versatile! The image I have used for this project ARCTIC UNICORN can be purchased by it's own or in the collection.
