Oddball New Release February

Hello Oddballs,

I would love to introduce you to one of our new February New Releases called "Ziggy"
Isn't she just so beautiful? I had so much fun colouring and making this project with her.

I coloured "Ziggy" using Lyra pencils and add some Wink of Stella Clear Glitter pen to her dress and the balloon. 
I also decided to add some glossy accent to the balloon to give it more dimension.
I cut out the image using the out of the box method.
